1) The working principle of mechanical seals for kettles requires that there be no impurities inside the mechanical seal. Before assembling the mechanical seal for the kettle, thoroughly clean the moving ring, stationary ring, shaft sleeve, and other parts.
2) Check the surface of the moving ring for scratches, cracks, and other defects that can cause severe leakage of the mechanical seal. If conditions permit, special tools can be used to check whether the sealing surface is flat. Pressure water will enter the sealing surface of the assembled kettle mechanical seal moving ring, causing the moving ring to separate and the kettle mechanical seal to fail. If necessary, the tooling can undergo a hydrostatic test before assembly.
3) Check if there are any defects in the dynamic ring seat that affect the sealing. For example, whether there are any defects in the appearance of the fit between the dynamic ring seat and the dynamic ring seal.
4) Check whether the compensating tension spring for the mechanical seal of the kettle is damaged or deformed, and whether the toughness coefficient has changed.
5) Check the sealing sleeve for defects such as burrs and grooves.
